Chiropractors extend care between visits to keep patients happier, healthier and coming back for adjustments...

Chiropractors extend care between visits to keep patients happier, healthier and coming back for adjustments...

THE WHY

•        1 in 3 of your 65-80-year-old patients  will fall this year and next; 1 in 2 aged 80 and above.

•        Average length of time before discovery after a fall is 18 hours.

•        At the 6-hour mark with a hip fracture 90% lose independence and go to a nursing home with 60% dead in a year. Not good for the practice.

You also know who is living with chronic conditions and understand 50% of treatment failures are caused by non-adherence in the home. ProHealth records treatments remind them to do them, alerts the family of threshold alerts, and prevents the patient from having to remember, write down data and readings and makes managing treatments is far easier to deal with.

Convenience, physician on-demand for those weekend stomach issues when nobody wants to drive or sit for two hours in a waiting room, the benefits are far and great!

Keep your patients  actively aging at home, coming back for adjustments and help connect the family care circle (more referrals for your practice) with the long-term support program.

This is not just about your patients. They will experience this and have their family members subscribe to the service…

This is not just about falls, treatments but it protect your patients  from many everyday dangers so they remain healthy and coming back for your treatments and services (instead of going to a nursing home or hospital and you lose them as a client).

Every day, children arrive home from school to an empty house. Every week, parents make decisions to leave children home alone while they go to work, run errands, or for social engagements. It is estimated over 40% of children are left home at some time, though rarely overnight.

PROPERTY CRIME FACTS

·        One property crime happens every 4 seconds.

·        One burglary occurs every 20 seconds.

·        One violent crime occurs every 25 seconds.

·        One aggravated assault occurs every 45 seconds.

·        One robbery occurs every 90 seconds.

·        One rape or attempted rape occurs every 5 minutes.

HOME INVASION CRIME STATISTICS AND FACTS:

·        According to a United States Department of Justice report:

·        38% of assaults & 60% of rapes occur during home invasions.

·        Over 2,000,000 homes will experience a break-in or burglary this year.

·        There are over 4,500 home burglaries per day in the United States.

The chart above explains how we keep everyone "in the loop" of caregiving. Some or all of the checkpoints may or may not be applicable to your patient. That is determined during my consultation with your client. You can be as hands-on or off with this step; most chiropractors leave this to me with me contacting them only when needed. Remember this is totally hands-off for you as much as possible. You simply refer patients to me and my team at the national headquarters take it from there and you get paid. More on this revenue stream later.

YOU AND THE CIRCLE OF CARE

Ask yourself...

Do you have a lot of older adults and musculoskeletal conditions of a wide variety lead to the risk of falls?

Do you deal with every kind of patient you can think of from the young rehabbing from a broken foot to the senior with gait deficiency and prone to falls?

Are there other areas I’m not thinking of?

What is your most pressing concern about your patients, about your practice, other?

You can book a DEMO or continue reading.

Following is an older video interview from our CEO Anthony Dorhmann. It's short and I really recommend taking just a moment now to listen. You'll realize the compassion and true concern we have for your patients and how we will serve them; in your stead...

THE MONEY

Most Chiropractors are looking for ancillary revenue; as long as it is reputable and practical. Electronic Caregiver is your answer…

Chiropractors understand how safety benefits patients. Our system keeps your patients coming in for those quarterly adjustments. Our service would be awesome as a free “insurance policy” but our “Client-Pay” revenue stream which can become very lucrative for your practice on a hands-free referral consultation program.

Part of your mission is to help patients but you may not have thought about that extending to your client’s lives outside of their office visits. Our program for Chiropractors offers your practice a $50 referral fee with every system installed.

There are several ways you can implement this.

The easiest is to let me be the “employee you don’t pay”.  You simply give your patients a brochure with your I.D. (we provide camera-ready art that you print on your computer) or refer them to me for me to call. Your client either calls me or I call them with your permission and I take it from there.

I will setup up an optional free home safety inspection and/or a phone ECG consultation. I will treat them with the utmost professional respect and when an installation results, ECG sends you $50.

Many chiropractic offices do this as an easy “hands-off” approach and revenue stream. Later, when and if this seems practical, your practice may qualify for a more hands-on type of position with us and gaining a larger share in the revenue but frankly, most of our chiropractors would rather have us do all the work. We will keep in touch keeping you in the loop with your patients, but again remember that we will make this as non-disruptive to your practice as possible.

Predictive Income

We “close” 8 to 9 out of 10 referrals; when your patients get all the fact and see what we offer for such an affordable price (which is much less than so-called “competitors”).

Consider how many patients you see a day and how many of those patients may see the need. Let’s say one a day. 30 times $50 is $1500. Multiply that by the number of your locations; with three locations the result becomes $4500.

Being conservative let’s divide that figure by half; only 15 per month would result in $750 for one location; times 3 locations is $2250. If your practice only had 10 patients from your entire client base who say, “yes” to protecting themselves and giving their family this “peace of mind” extending their quality of life so they continue to return for your services and providing business for your practice over many years... with only 10 patients … each would be better off, your practice would be better off and you’ll also have earned $500... just for allowing me to be your “unpaid” employee, doing all the work with you and your practice getting all the credit.

Over time the numbers will increase and this becomes very steady and lucrative additional revenue for your practice.

 LET’S DO THIS

I'll answer all of your questions, now and as they come up. But let's do something today. Get started.

You can have complete confidence is sharing our service with your patients. We are HIPPA compliant (I am personally certified) and Electronic Caregiver started back in 2009. https://www.electroniccaregiver.com/about-electronic-caregiver/

A physician explains the advantage of remote care: https://www.electroniccaregiver.com/remote-patient-monitoring-improves-outcomes/

It’s easy to start. I can leave brochures to get you started protecting your patients immediately.

Let me know what you would like on a brochure (flyer page) and I will create personalized “camera-ready art” for you to print off your office printer.

I will even assist you in adding this service to your website. Example: http://www.ihmsgroup.com/remote-patient-monitoring

I am available to assist you from here out.

Let’s partner in keeping your patients safe, healthy (alive!), and coming back for your services. I’m here for you. I am your employee you don’t need to pay and providing a service you don’t need to pay for as “you don’t invest in us, we invest in you”.

Let’s do this.

Chiropractors are using Emergency Response Monitoring to keep patients healthy and returning for adjustments.

 FAQS for Chiropractors using

ECG monitoring systems.

For further information, please visit https://www.AlwaysConnectedCare.com

The ECG systems can help keep your patients safe while struggling with any chronic pain, fatigue, lack of energy, digestive problems, muscle aches, numbness, and tingling. Any of these symptoms can increase the risk of a fall in the actively aging potentially sending these clients to the hospital where they are no longer visiting your office for treatment. Our systems can help you avoid losing clients to a fall or other tragedy while helping them maintain their health. Reminders can be set up to help clients adhere to the treatment plan/routine.

This is my response to questions that a chiropractor asked, which I sent after our meeting. This may help you in your practice to determine whether this could help you and your clients. For more details on how chiropractors are not only keeping their clients safe and all that is mentioned above in the first paragraph, please contact me here

I do all the work, you simply refer clients to consultation and if it is a fit, they subscribe to the monthly service and you get paid a $50 referral fee for potentially saving a life and minimally increasing the quality of care, independence and life for your clients.

Per Medicare; This could be available however only the ProHealth model which uses the peripherals as a patient have to have at least one vital checked monthly to qualify.

Per Medicare; it is a 50/50 chance that the client may be approved for this. When you have the question, it would be best to state that they can discuss this during their consultation with me. Remember, I’m not adding any more to your plate, I work for you like an employee that you don’t pay. If they qualify, I or my team of professionals at the headquarters will speak with the physician.

The “reminders” are used for exactly that, and can be used for meds or treatments. Some chiropractors have clients using meds along with treatments. I would program what you want to state and at what times. An alert is sent to the client at the set time, a reminder is given and the client pushes the button and does the required act. They may push the button and not to the action but they have been reminded; which is something they don’t have now.

The voice will be that of our A.I., Addison which is shown in the picture of the home monitoring screen I talked to you about. (Please view the video by using the QR code that is shown).

The doctor is informed (with the ProHealth version that uses the peripherals; blood pressure cuff, thermometer, etc.) with an alert shown on his/her or team’s dashboard. They will only receive an alert when the threshold is below or above normal so they aren’t inundated with needless data.

These are all good questions and if you have others I’m glad to assist. But please remember that I will do everything. I don’t know exactly how a car works; I just turn the key. That’s what you can do with this. I will certainly share all you need to know or want to know but I assure you that this will be the most simple, no-hassle client pay revenue stream your practice will ever have.

My suggestion is that you start “small” by just having a brochure on your front desk in your lobby. I will provide a few but also camera-ready art so you can print them from your office printer. Each brochure will have a message from the doctor and an exclusive I.D. #. When a patient or someone who brings your patient to you takes a brochure and later calls me, I will ask them the number on the brochure and give you the credit when someone subscribes.

This is really a simple procedure and a profitable one for your practice. We can tweak things and I can offer other successful ways how we can help your patients over time keeping them safe and potentially saving lives.

Living With Chronic Illness

While a high percentage of Americans suffer from a chronic disease due to lifestyle factors (think heart disease, hypertension, diabetes) there are many who face a daily struggle with chronic illness that we may be less aware of.

What is the difference between a chronic disease and a chronic illness? The terms may seem the same. However, a chronic illness is a long-term health condition that may not have a cure. While chronic illness can be managed, it can also prevent someone from working, doing typical daily tasks, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

What Is A Chronic Illness?

Some examples of chronic illnesses include:

·         Asthma

·         Alzheimer’s Disease/Dementia

·         Crohn’s Disease

·         Chronic Fatigue (also known as ME)

·         Epilepsy

·         Meniere’s Disease

·         Multiple Sclerosis

·         Parkinson’s Disease

Chronic illness can be as emotionally and physically draining as a disease diagnosis like cancer or diabetes. It can be overwhelming to manage day-to-day. Often, chronic illness is misunderstood. Additionally, if the person suffering is younger, there’s the management of education and support of your child and school staff, along with managing the condition itself.

Living with Chronic Illness

In addition to understanding the initial diagnosis, those who have a long-term illness have to learn to live with any ongoing physical effects. Because the effects of chronic illness can come and go (i.e. “flare up”) those who have an illness may be more hesitant to talk about it. Rather, they’ll just opt out or cancel plans. There are a range of emotions that can accompany learning to live with these illnesses—including fear, depression, and anger or frustration.

Caring for one’s mental health is just as important as caring for one’s physical health. Seeking out support from friends and family can help. So can support groups. Some people feel better talking to a doctor about the “what ifs” of their condition, and creating an action plan if those situations arise.

Still, a big fear for many is, “Will I lose my freedom and independence?”

Independence and Chronic Illness

While the type and severity of symptoms are unique to each person, some who suffer from these conditions may find that they feel limited as to what they can do or where they are able to go.

Additionally, some may start to feel dependent on others, which brings discomfort. While it’s lovely to have help, a big part of maintaining independence is doing oneself.

Remote patient monitoring can allow those living with chronic illness to experience greater freedom and independence. For instance, instead of having a family member get prescriptions and reminding the person to take them, they can receive their own reminder to get your meds out. They can keep access to all your medical records and schedule their own appointments. These may seem like small things, but self-management and agency in decision making are keys to independence with chronic illness.

Additionally, friends and family may be willing to “let go” a bit if they are receiving coordinated communication through an app. This can help bring a little more freedom each day, allowing the individual to get some time alone (and for others to feel like they can leave the house, too!)

Our employers are getting hit with $32Billion every year in lost production. Employees who are caregivers ...

Dear business owner,

American corporations are losing $32.6 billion per year

from full-time workers doubling as caregivers.

Hello, I’m Terry Scott with Always Connected Care, right here in the Twin Ports area. Our mission is to make our community safer and healthier and I can use your help, and I’ll pay you for it.

It’s just about our mission and purpose; it’s also how we create more security, convenience, better health, longer life, quality of life, and 24/7 protection. I help people to have “urgent care in their hand” and owning an “anti-aging device”.

Our employers are getting hit with $32Billion every year in lost production. Employees who are caregivers to children and parents at home have distractions that they bring and try to manage while at work, their life needs impair their production. This is happening across America with over 43 million informal, nonpaid caregivers who are trying to work a job, pay their own bills, taking out a second on their home, running up debt, running up credit cards, burning through savings, stressed out of their mind, suffering their own physical health impairments because of the intense stress. I can personally testify to this; the stress is unimaginable when this stress comes from this.

In a world with so many chronically ill (including the youth), so many at-risk and so much unease and mental illness and danger and violence in the world virtually everyone is at risk…

Let me help you to help your employees. I am like your employee who will “work” for you without being paid. I and Electronic Caregiver do all the work. You can refer employees to me and I will work with them after hours to process everything. Your company or a referring employee receives a $50 referral fee. Or you can choose to subsidize this service as part of your benefits package. Think of the 43 million informal, nonpaid caregivers who are looking for a caring employer who understands their needs. Again, we do the work and your company simply pays part of or the entire program for your employee.

There are several ways that together that you, I, and Electronic Caregiver can help you retain a better, safe, healthier, and happier workplace.

Call me. Let’s talk about it.

Everyone really is "at-risk". However, everyone can now be "at-possibility". Let me show you how. Click on the image below.

One slip, one fall, one cut or injury could send you to the hospital; or worse.

One slip, one fall, one cut, or injury and you could be off to the hospital if you're able to reach a phone. However, this may not be the case. If someone gets injured and slips in to shock then simple tasks become impossible tasks. Countless times we've seen people doing basic tasks that can result in a number of issues such as loss of balance or even cutting themselves while preparing meals. While an abundance of caution can help, accidents still happen.

The Premier system is built for these exact scenarios. No issue is too small or too big that an emergency response plan won't be a benefit. Plus, don’t forget we offer a referral fee for helping to save a life.
