1.       Visit www.acnessentials.com.

2.       In upper left hand corner (to the right of the A C N logo) click on “Services” and from the dropdown menu; choose HEALTHCARE in the left dark blue box.

3.       Watch the short (5 minute) informative video on the left side of the screen and write down any questions.

4.       Click on the lower right, dark blue box, “Shop now for Impact Health Sharing”.

5.       You have three choices… “Get Quote”, allows you to scroll down, enter a few numbers and figure pricing. “Request Info” will have someone contact you by phone per the information you provide on the form and submit, and “Enroll Now” offers you a place to enter your information, but you’ll still speak with a human before continuing.
